LG ThinQ Smart Home Ecosystem Renewal, Management

The LG ThinQ app was being used in over 154 countries but needed improvement in user experience and feature integration. Needed to revamp the app to enhance the unified control of all LG smart appliances, improve usability of existing energy-saving features, and implement seamless communication between various devices (smartphones, tablets) and appliance AI. Collaborated with the internal development team where I led UX research, UI planning, user testing, and project management while the development team handled the technical implementation. Completely redesigned the UX/UI of the existing unified control system, enhanced the usability of energy-saving features, optimized multilingual support, and strengthened AI voice recognition functionality. Delivered a more intuitive smart home experience to users in over 154 countries and strengthened LG's smart home ecosystem's global competitiveness through enhanced multi-platform control capabilities.
